China Merchants Bank:
No points will be accumulated for the following items:
(1) Consumption settled through overseas settlement lines (such as Visa, MasterCard, AE, JCB, etc.), and through the UnionPay line and the trading merchants accumulate points for overseas consumption (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan);
(2) Accumulating points for designated merchants' online transactions (Alipay, Jingdong, Baidu, etc.), and the remaining UnionPay network transactions do not accumulate points;
(3) The domestic UnionPay general POS consumption can accumulate points, of which the specified merchant categories such as real estate, automobile sales, wholesale, supermarkets, fueling, transportation, government convenience, hospital medical, education, charity, etc. do not accumulate points; see below "Business class that does not accumulate points";
(4) Merchant transactions applying UnionPay special charging rules do not accumulate points, and special billing merchants' logos are subject to China UnionPay merchant parameter data;
(5) Related expenses paid by means of withholding, credit card annual fee, revolving credit interest, full pre-borrowed cash handling fee and interest, free of charge for pre-borrowing cash, and expenses derived from overdue payment ( Such as liquidated damages, interest), other fees as agreed in the "China Merchants Bank Credit Card Requisition Contract" do not accumulate points;
(6) Other items that do not accumulate points.

The following items are not cumulative for trading points:
(1) All interest and handling fees stipulated by the Bank of China Credit Card Charter or the contract of use, including but not limited to annual credit card fees, cash withdrawal fees, overdraft interest, liquidated damages, and other credit card charges;
(2) Credit card transfer, cash withdrawal, deposit (repayment), withholding, payment, credit balance return, manual billing transaction;
(3) Online banking and telephone banking, etc.;
(4) Low deduction rate or zero deduction rate and special category of merchant consumption, including but not limited to real estate, automobile sales, wholesale transactions, public hospitals, public schools, primary and tertiary schools, government services, charities and public utilities, non- Merchants in industries such as profitable businesses and financial and government payment transactions (such as insurance, fines, investment, bail, tax, etc.), the above information will be adjusted according to the types of merchants of related institutions such as UnionPay;
(5) The acquiring institution sets the merchant consumption of special billing signs, preferential categories and whitelists of reduced or non-standard billing according to the relevant regulations of China UnionPay and other relevant institutions;
(6) Consumption of credit card purchases by third-party payment platform merchants;
(7) The MCC code of the merchant category is not consumed by the merchant listed in the China UnionPay merchant category code;
(8) The consumption of UnionPay brand credit cards through domestic online transactions;
Everbright Bank
The following items do not participate in the points reward program:
1. Real estate transactions;
2. Automobile sales transactions;
3. Wholesale transactions;
4. Public hospital transactions;
5. Public school transactions;
6. Charity and social service transactions;
7. Government transactions;
8, online transactions (Note: WeChat payment is a point);
9. Agricultural cooperation transactions.

CITIC Bank
No points will be accumulated for the following items:

(2) Transfer transactions, cash withdrawal transactions, online transactions (but some of the designated online transactions can accumulate points).
(3) Merchants (including but not limited to three-agricultural merchants, county-level preferential merchants, etc.) that apply to UnionPay special billing rules.
(4) Special categories of spending expenses, including but not limited to real estate; automobile sales; wholesale transactions; hospitals; primary and tertiary schools; universities, colleges, professional schools; charitable and social services, non-profit businesses; fines; bail And bonds; taxation; government services; fees for embassies and consulates; government loans;
(5) Other items otherwise designated by the Bank of Communications.
Minsheng Bank
1. The merchant transactions applying the UnionPay special billing rules do not accumulate points. The special billing merchant logo is subject to the China UnionPay merchant parameter data.
2. The merchant category is based on the merchant code and merchant category code set by the merchant POS machine. If the acquirer or merchant incorrectly uses the merchant category code to affect the accumulated points, please consult the acquirer or merchant.
