Compact Starlet 520 Folder Gluer

Kohmann's Starlet 520 gluing machine is ideal for processing small and medium straight boxes and automatic lock boxes. At the same time, it is often used as a special folder gluing machine for the audio and video products industry to process CD and DVD packaging. Thanks to its compact structure, the machine is no more than 6 meters long and can therefore be placed anywhere in the work area; in addition, even unskilled employees can operate the machine. The Starlet 520 has a maximum speed of 150 m/min. It has all control functions such as non-stop control systems, preset counters and batch counters. It can also be improved by installing a bottom viscose nozzle device or a semi-automatic device fitted with an easy-to-swab machine. The newly improved Starlet machine has an electric feeder that allows for easy adjustment of pitch and speed.

Kohmann recently provided Berna Biotech, a Starlet-specific model called “Pharma,” to achieve one-on-one production control with the Laetus reading system and fin limb sprayer.
