Composite aluminum plastic (material) separation and recovery of aluminum and plastics technology and equipment

【Abstract】 The present invention relates to a technique for separating and recovering aluminum and plastic from a composite aluminum plastic material. The process flow is to clean the composite aluminum plastic material (that is, heat sealing, laminating or bonding method to combine the aluminum foil and the plastic material together), then dipping into organic solvent, separating and separating the separated aluminum foil and plastic mixture. After sorting with clean water, the aluminum foil and plastic after sorting are dried separately. The plastic can be processed and granulated into plastic raw materials. The aluminum foil is put into the smelting furnace and smelted into aluminum ingots. The use of the present invention for recovering aluminum ingots and plastics with high quality can be re-entered in various fields of national economy to be applied again, turn waste into treasure, and greatly reduce environmental pollution.
