Ebara CIP3 workstation

The Ebara CIP3 Workstation automatically uses the PPF file and JDF data generated by the prepress process to automatically preset the ink fountain key to control the opening width. This helps to increase the speed of preparation for the boot and reduce waste. Operators are freed from cumbersome ink adjustments. Now you can quickly and accurately preset ink fountain keys with simple operations.

SPIS (Ebara Pre-inking System)

The SPIS system establishes the ink preset information based on the data provided by CIP3 and SRIM, which can greatly shorten the time required for the preparation of the boot and greatly increase the production efficiency and accuracy. Thanks to the information provided by CIP3 and SRIM, SPIS can automatically create the desired ink film on the ink roller and then start printing. The operator does not have to manually adjust the ink key, or leave the printer idle to wait for the desired ink film to form on the ink roller. SPIS can also compare the current job with the data of the next job to quickly form the required amount of ink for the next job, which further increases work efficiency and productivity.
