On November 8th, as an important event of the 10th China Hongze Lake International Hairy Crab Festival, present-day 2015 China Huai’an Hongze Lake Silk Road Outdoor Sports Challenge (Hongze Station) in Hongze Lake, Hongze County Scenic area held. The challenge consists of three competitions: mini-marathon, cycling, and canoeing. It is divided into an athletic team, an open team, and an experience team. The teams are scored in teams. Each team has 3 men, 1 woman and 4 players.

From the United States, the United Kingdom, and other eight countries including outdoor envoys in China, representatives of the Commonwealth team, the New Zealand team, and central ministries and outdoor sports enthusiasts formed 12 central ministries and commissions, and domestic outdoor sports clubs. More than 400 outdoor enthusiasts from all walks of life participated in the competition. Tian Lipu, the standing vice chairman of the Central State Organ Outdoor Fitness Association, and Tian Zhaorong, secretary general of the Central State Organs Outdoor Fitness Association, attended the opening ceremony.

After more than two hours of fierce competition, the competitive team of Beijing Kuocai outdoor team, Mammoth outdoor team and Steiner Tier outdoor team won the top three respectively; the open group of ICBC headquarters team, Huai'an City Sports Bureau representative team, Wei The representative team of the Planning Commission won the top three respectively.

The challenge mini-marathon route starts from the Hongyun Dance Point on the Hongda Lake levee and passes through the Guqin Scenic Area (the team returned at 2.5 km and the open group returned at 1.5 km), and then proceeded to the Guqin Cycle (athletic team). The 20-kilometer cycle was re-entered and the open group re-entered 10 km.) Finally, a 1.5-kilometer kayak race was held on the lakeshore of Fisherman's Bay in Hongze Lake. The experience group ran about 3 kilometers on the ancient temple of Hongze Lake.

According to reports, the 2015 China Huai'an Silk Road Outdoor Sports Challenge consists of three site races of the Li Canal, Hongze Lake and Baima Lake, which were held on the 7th, 8th and 9th of this month.
