   I. Introduction

The continuous popularization and popularization of CTP system in China has promoted the research, development and production of thermal plate. It is located in the west of Wolonggang, Nanyang City, southwest of Henan Province. In addition, the negative rate of negative thermal CTP plate is significantly higher than that of positive CTP plate, which is also the reason why many domestic users choose negative thermal CTP plate.

     II. Introduction to the performance of Huaguang TN thermal CTP

     Huaguang TN thermal CTP plate uses imported high quality aluminum plates specially designed for the production of CTP plates. A special electrolytic oxidation process forms a dense multi-layer composite sand grain structure and a dense oxide film layer on the surface of the aluminum plate, so that it has excellent wear resistance and precise dot-reduction effect during printing. A connecting layer is applied between the substrate and the heat sensitive layer, and then an advanced coating device is used to coat the heat sensitive resin layer. The thermosensitive resin layer uses a special photothermal conversion material, so that the plate material absorbs light energy with high efficiency, and is suitable for light room operation.

     Huaguang thermal CTP board has two models: TN and TP . TN type is a negative-type thermal CTP board. TP -type is a positive-type thermal CTP board. The performance of the two types of plates is shown in Table 1 .
