Measurable pathogenic packaging materials

A Canadian company has developed a new packaging material that can detect pathogenic bacteria. The package material can detect Salmonella, Campylobacter and other four; pathogens. The color change reaction occurs when the package comes into contact with contaminated food. The packaging material can also be used to detect protein properties of pests or genetically engineered foods, 80% of which are polymeric films, and the remainder are metal foil and cardboard.

With the trend of lightweight packaging, beer packaging has broken the glass bottle dominate the world, showing attractive business opportunities, new materials for beer plastic packaging endless.
