Open simple, portable bag packaging

Emco Flexible Packaging has developed EasyPack, a consumer-friendly, easy-to-open package that is used primarily for packaging wipes and personal care products. EasyPack is a unique envelope bag, which consists of a special laminated polyethylene layer that can be peeled off. It is easy to open and easy to carry, providing convenience for consumers. The package was sealed with a flap and the composite OPP film layer was sealed with a special PE layer developed by Emco Flexible Packaging to complete the seal. This packaging structure design itself has a simple opening and can be peeled off with just a flick.

Global consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble took the lead in adopting this package. P&G's new Always Ultra & FreshelleTM wipes products. The new product consists of an Always Ultra panty liner, plus an individually packaged FreshelleTM wipe, which easily attaches to the pad. Procter & Gamble selected Emco's patented EasyPack packaging as a compact package for FreshelleTM wipes, which provided convenience to the ladies.

Emco's EasyPack is used to package Always FreshelleTM wipes. The plastic bag contains a layer of aluminum foil to protect the wet wipes. The special peelable PE inner layer of the packaging is provided by Emco Soft Extrusion Film Technology, UK, and the outer layer of BOPP is printed by the six-color gravure printing by Elm's Spanish Flexible Packaging Company.
