4. The post-press processing price is extremely low, the process is complicated, and the quality of the products that come out is very poor, resulting in a phenomenon that “does not give horse grass and insist that horses run”.

5. When printing companies add equipment, they mostly consider prepress and printing, and they rarely consider postpress.

6. In the process, post-press binding is mostly overtime, supplementing prepress.

Although there are many problems in our post-press processing, the good news is that it has attracted enough attention from many people in the industry. Now, our binding equipment has grown to more than 100 kinds. In the near future, the binding process will become more and more complicated and more and more diversified. Books and magazines are not only reading items but also artworks, gifts and collectibles. Post-press binding technology is not only a simple manual operation, it will develop in the direction of market informatization and process mechanization.
