Technical features:
Unique multi-model filling head and drag up system which is design for no leak to ensure production field and finished products can't be contaminated by liquid.
High-precision flow gauge with imported human-computer interface which is full color touch screen, in order to insure the simply, shortcut and accurate adjustment between volume.
Convenient to adjust bottles distance and bottles height. We can specialized in designing the filling DIP angle between 0-45 to adapt the filling for bevel connection bottles:
Filling mouth flushing liquid has two types, one is inclined flushing, the other one is vertical flushing. The purpose is to adapt all various kinds of liquid to fill. Inclined flushing is suitable for the liquid which is easy to be spumous.
Filling mouth fixed position includes two types, plug-in type and suspended type to suit different height filling.
Planet drill plate stepless adjuster driven SS plating conveyor. Coordinate multiple operation's cogradient neatly.
Photoelectric tracking, procedure auto controlling, PLC adopts Mitsubishi etc. International famous brand, make the process be more flexible.

1. We provide the complete machines' layout, design according to customer's factory.
 
2. We provide the complete English manual book for customer, all the machines' touch screen operation is English words, we have Russia, Spanish, Portuguese, French..ect to choose.
 
3. After delivery, we will send our engineer to customers' factory to install the machines and also train workers how to operate and maintenance. Engineer's salary: 80USD/Per day.
 
4. Our warranty time is 18 months after the machines installation.
 
5. We provide the 12 months easy broken spare parts as free, and also provide the spare parts book to customer. 
 
6. Payment method: 30% T/T as deposit after signature the contract, 70% T/T or L/C after inspection before delivery. 
 
7 Common delivery time: 45-70days after confirm the bottle and cap design.
