RICHARD MILLE and NTPT successfully combine gold and synthetic materials

The Swiss watch brand and North Thin Ply Technology are the first to present two of the world's first materials: Gold Quartz-TPT® and Gold NTPT carbide, the first to incorporate quartz or carbide in gold foil. Two new materials will be used in Richard Mille RM 07-01 and RM 037 two women's watches. RM 07-01 In 2016, Richard Mille introduced NTPT's cutting-edge technology to its two ladies' watches, MR 07-01 and RM 037. As a grand occasion, the brand presented two special editions, one each with quartz or carbide-bonded gold foil, underscoring Richard Mille's and NTPT's determination to be king in their respective fields. RM 037 Driven by the same enthusiasm, the two companies formed a new spark of creativity by launching a series of research projects. The cooperation between the two parties begins with the development of NTPT carbides and Quartz-TPT®. Both materials have been the ingredients of the branded case and main splint since its inception, helping Richard Mille, headquartered in Switzerland, make a big leap forward in ruggedness and crashworthiness. The extreme physical properties of the two synthetic materials make them difficult to use for general mechanical molding, driving both companies to spend considerable time developing new machine manufacturing processes and cutting tools for carbon and quartz. Watches made with these new materials are more eye-catching than the traditional gold or platinum case, making it memorable. Richard Mille is now the original men's wristwatch exclusive material applied to the women's watch to meet the unique finishing effect of their women rush. Together with NTPT, the brand presents a combination of Gold Quartz-TPT® and Gold NTPT carbides to further expand the look of women's case material. The new NTPT technology continues the technology of quartz-TPT® quartz or NTPT carbide embedded layer by layer at 45 degrees with dozens of layers of foil less than 10 microns thick. Because gold is a precious metal in the chemical classification, it is a very difficult task for NTPT and Richard Mille engineers to "blend" them correctly with carbon and quartz. This process also demonstrates the characteristics of a variety of materials, make the case line under the light reflex more prominent, creating a charming gold gradient effect. The overall shape of the 5N red gold in the satin matte finish and polished polished, with hundreds of diamonds dial and the central mother of pearl or black onyx decoration against the more exciting. Gold Quartz-TPT® and Gold NTPT Carbide will be exclusively used in RM 07-01 and RM 037 Ladies Watches, each featuring a unique turner. Following the titanium alloy, ceramic and sapphire case version, the two new work once again the technology processing materials used in women's watches, to further enrich the look of their series.
