The improved paper transport system adds glory to the entire Speedmaster SM 52 series. The SM 52 can now even accept substrates up to 0.6 mm in thickness. The original design concept has been expanded to ensure that SM 52 can deliver high quality printing and extremely short lead times from thick paper to thin paper. The diameter of the new transfer cylinder is adjustable so that the gap between the impression cylinder and the transfer cylinder can be precisely set to prevent the paper from being scratched during transport. In order to enhance the flexibility of the SM 52 in the substrate range, the SM 52 also added software and a paper brake with 3 suction belts to the Prinect CP2000 central console. Vario dampening system can be installed according to user needs. Deceleration dampening rollers remove ring spots more easily.

Since the Speedmaster SM 52 offset press was introduced, its function has been continuously improved. For example, the increase of the improved feeder or die-cutting unit has increased the productivity steadily. The SM 52 continues to dominate in the 35cm×50cm format.
