2. Pinhole / trachoma

Solution: Add new ink, plug loopholes, clean the surface of the substrate, reduce the pressure of the squeegee, increase the mesh distance, and check the screen tension.

3. Graphic defects after printing

Analysis of reasons: screen is not clean, the surface of the substrate is not clean

Solution: Check the screen, clean the workplace and increase the humidity, clean the surface of the substrate.

4. Insufficient clarity of graphics after printing

Analysis of the reasons: The ink is too thin, the ink blade pressure is too large, the round scrape head, the net distance is not suitable, electrostatic effect.

Solution: Add new ink, reduce the pressure of the ink-return knife, replace the appropriate squeegee, increase the mesh distance, and add some methods to eliminate static electricity.

5. Ink uneven

Analysis of the cause: The surface of the substrate is defective, the ink is uneven, and the ink is poor in transparency or is too thin.

Solution: Improve the surface condition of the substrate or print a layer of transparent oil on the bottom; ink is uniform, and the ink is even when printing, reducing the thinner.

6. Ink Dryer and Blocking Net

Analysis: The ink is too thick, the ink particles are too thick, the room temperature is too high, the screen making is poor, the pressure of the squeegee is too large, the size of the net distance, and the hardness of the squeegee is not enough.

Solution: Clean the screen and dilute the ink, filter the ink, increase the damping solvent, adjust the exposure parameters and plate, adjust the squeegee pressure, adjust the net distance, and change the hardness of the squeegee.
