Verification method for moisture resistance of aluminum-plastic packaging for roasted products

2, reference standards

Domestic water vapor barrier test methods for composite film and sheet packaging include weighing method (cup method), electrolysis method, infrared method and humidity method. The reference method standards are GB/T 1037 "plastic films and sheets. Water vapor permeability test method cup method, GB/T 21529 "determination of water vapor transmission rate of plastic film and thin film electrolysis sensor method", GB/T 26253 "measurement of water vapor transmission rate of plastic film and sheet infrared detector "Method", GB/T 30412 "Plastic film and sheet moisture vapor transmission rate determination of humidity sensor method", the reference standard for this article is GB/T 1037-1988 "Plastic film and sheet permeable vapor test method cup method."

4.1 Test principle

W3/031 adopts the wet cup weighing method test principle. At a certain temperature, a specific humidity difference is formed on both sides of the sample. Water vapor passes through the sample in the moisture permeable cup and enters the dry side. The amount of change in the weight of the moisture-permeable cup over time determines the parameters such as the water vapor transmission rate of the sample.

4.2 Application

(1) This equipment is suitable for water vapour permeability testing of plastic films, sheets, paper, cardboard and their textiles, non-woven fabrics and other packaging.

5, the test process

(1) Three specimens with a diameter of 74 mm are sampled for each of the three kinds of samples by a sampler.

(2) Place the sample on a moisture permeable cup and close the glass seal door.

(3) Set parameters such as sample name, sample thickness, test temperature, and test humidity.

(4) Start the air source and click the "Start test" option.

(5) After the test is completed, the instrument automatically calculates and displays the test results.

6, test results

The water vapour transmission rates in this paper were: 3.5612 g/(m2·24h), 5.1637 g/(m2·24h), and 0.8231 g/(m2·24h).

7. Conclusion
