【中华衣柜网】1. 用垫布点好地板，先从靠墙的一端宽侧板开始组装，将宽侧板平放于地面上（离后墙面保持700mm距离）。首先将填好的三合一胶塞的板件，平放在垫布上，检查孔距与图纸相符，并装上三合一单连杆。然后将固层钉上木塞，固定于宽侧板上面，顶板大柄孔朝上，其余固层都朝下，脚线大柄孔朝内（中间固层与L架高度一致，即底板到固层内空为960mm，现场打层板孔）。放上侧板，钉上木塞，木塞要求连通两边的固层。在第二个柜固层上面装好双连杆，注意双连杆上面大柄只能锁住一半，即90°。当两件固层与侧板固定后再同时拧紧大柄。装第三个柜时重复第二个柜的安装步骤。

2. 钉背板。把装好的整体衣柜侧放在点好垫布的地板上面，垫平侧板成同一平面。用拉尺量好柜子的对角尺寸，调至相等，从宽测板处开始装第一块背板，注意如果中间有固层钉钉子时，先用铅笔画好固层的中心线，再钉钉子。

3. L架的安装。用L架的侧板在对应的侧板上面一平行线，然后上移9mm画出三合一胶粒的中心线，用L架的顶班在相对应的底板上面画一平行线，平线内进9mm画出三个一胶粒的中心线。用10mm钻头开孔，孔深10-20mm。装上单杆。L架装好后在背板上加钉子固定。

4. 清理衣柜安装位杂物，左右各站一人，衣柜向后稍斜，用力提起，向后移到所需位置注意不要刮花地板、墙壁。
