Some oil or water extractors have an expiry date, which should be considered for proper maintenance.

The compressed air supplied to one or more atomizing nozzles should be adjusted by introducing it to the bottom of the tower filled with water. A conventional method of introducing air is to use an air dispersion device (X1.4.1). The water must be kept automatically to ensure sufficient moisture. The usual specification is to maintain the temperature in the tower between 46 ° C and 49 ° C (114 --- 121 ° F) to compensate for the cooling effect created by the expansion of the air during the atomization process to generate air pressure. Table 2 shows the temperature at different pressures, which are usually used to compensate for the cooling effect produced by the expansion of the air to create the air pressure.

Attention should be paid to the relationship between temperature and pressure in the salt spray test tower, because this temperature-pressure relationship has a direct effect on maintaining an appropriate collection rate (Note 7).
