At present, the aluminum foil stamping process adopts continuous production. At the same time, in order to solve the bronzing problem of moldings, people fixed the printing plate on a small electric heating plate and manually stamped it. Electro-aluminum hot stamping process is:

First, according to the size of the layout of the early printing plate, choose the appropriate hot plate specifications, generally consider leaving a suitable free space, easy to adjust and avoid rework.

Secondly, the printing plate should be placed in the middle position of the electric heating plate as much as possible so that the printing plate can be even and consistent. When it meets the special specification of the printing sample, the printing plate can be installed on the oblique side to achieve the purpose of fully utilizing the electrodeposited aluminum.

Third, the electric heating plate should be fixed in the middle position of the iron frame, and the fastening force should be appropriate to prevent it from loosening or popping during hot stamping.

Fourth, the printing plate fixing procedure is: using the spinning paper on the back of the printing plate and the surface of the electric heating plate; preventing the printing plate from being in a suitable position on the hot plate, drawing a position adhesive (such as a paste) evenly And affixed to the hot plate, and then glue the plate on the cardboard, and should be connected to the part, use a yellow cardboard pad, press the plate, open the hot plate pressed for about 20 minutes, the plate is fixed in the electric plate on.
