Although the brewery has a strict set of control measures on the material quality, printing quality and labeling performance of the label, it is inevitable that some new problems will arise during the production practice. Therefore, the product standards of both the supplier and the supplier of the label product and Quality control requirements must be constantly revised and improved in accordance with new problems and new situations found in production operations to minimize or eliminate the occurrence of various quality problems and ensure the quality of label products.

Test method for the direction of the base paper or label fiber
There are many methods for checking and judging the orientation of aluminized paper fibers for label printing, and they are also very simple.
A general production management specification of a paper mill, each major piece of raw paper is accompanied by a product identification, in the original paper specification column, the value in front is the length of the paper edge in the direction of the fine, such as the specification of 88.9cm × 119.4cm The paper, the side of 88.9 cm in length, is straight, corresponding to the axial direction of the papermaking cylinder of the paper machine.
For the sake of prudence, the following simple and quick inspection methods can be used to determine the direction of the paper fiber in the printing factory's procurement acceptance and production site.
Tear method
In the case that the paper has no creases, both hands tear the paper in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, respectively, and the tearing edge is relatively straight and is torn in the direction of the wire (corresponding to the paper exit direction of the paper machine); Obviously corrugated, that is, the direction of the vertical twist (corresponding to the axial direction of the papermaking cylinder of the paper machine).
2. Pulling method
Use both hands to pinch the two sides of the paper and pull them outward. The direction that is not easy to break is the fiber direction of the paper.
3. Hand enforcement
Cut one strip of about 100mm × 10mm in two different directions of the paper, and then pinch a narrow end of the strip with fingers to make the strip straight up, observe the free bending state, and bend more The strip of paper has a short side that is in the direction of the silk.
4. Folding method
Take a stack of paper, fold the two paper edges perpendicular to each other to the opposite sides (do not press the crease), release the paper after the hand is naturally reset and the stack of paper is kept tight, the direction of folding It is the direction of the paper fiber.
5. Water drop method
For paper without sizing, spread it evenly to the front of the paper (except for aluminum-plated paper, waterproof coated paper, etc.) or a drop of water on the back. The shape of the water droplets spreads out as an ellipse, and the long axis of the ellipse is the paper. Fiber direction.
6. Wetting method
The paper is cut into round or square samples, and the direction of the original paper corresponding to different directions is marked on the sample, and then wetted in water, and the direction in which the sample does not curl after the sample absorbs moisture is the direction of the paper fiber. The wetting method is the easiest, easiest, and most accurate method for determining the orientation of paper fibers.
