Bag Roller Drop Tester Test Procedure

1 Check the appearance quality of the sample and measure the length of the sample with a steel tape measure.

2 load the specified load to the sample box, the body, the weight distribution should be uniform.

3 Take any temperature in the temperature range from -20 °C to 60 °C. Place the specimen at this temperature for 4 h .
Note: The processing temperature can be set according to the product requirements or the provisions of the supply and demand sides.

4 Place the treated sample immediately on the flat surface of the drum without obstacles.

5 Set the drum rotation speed 2r/min , rotate 25 times, or set the rotation speed and rotation number as required.

6 Start the machine and start the test.

(7 ) Observe the sample during the test. If the entire structure is damaged in the middle of the test ( cracks, perforations, etc. ) or the wheels, handles, box locks, zippers, etc. are damaged or detached, the test shall be terminated immediately.
