Beijing has developed a new papermaking process plant fiber pulp

As we all know, papermaking consumes a lot of wood. But there is a company in Beijing that has invented a new papermaking technology that can make all plant fibers into pulp.

This technology is called "self-aerobic cleaning pulping process." These straws, sand willows, and sorghum rods were used by farmers in the past to make fire or to be abandoned. After adopting this new process, they all become waste and become good raw materials for papermaking.

The new papermaking process has achieved major technological innovations such as alkali-free cooking, sulfur-free washing, and chlorine-free bleaching. It has successfully solved the three major challenges facing the pulp industry: raw material shortage, energy consumption and high pollution. Compared with traditional technology, its water saving rate is as high as 90%.

Wang Hongwen, Secretary-General of China Pulpwood Professional Committee, is a major breakthrough in technology and an innovation in process. It is a pioneering effort in the development of the paper industry, and it may develop the history of our papermaking process in China.

This new process not only solves the problem of raw materials for the paper industry, but also saves energy and protects the environment. At present, this technology has obtained the invention patent certificate issued by the State Intellectual Property Office. The State Environmental Protection Administration organized a group of experts to identify this new process, and experts highly evaluated it.
