Ice machine installation steps
1. Unpacking: Open the carton, remove all outer packaging, place the machine on a solid ground, adjust the bottom angle to make it level.
2. Water supply: Use one end of the supplied water inlet pipe to screw with the ice machine inlet pipe joint, and one end to connect with ice making water.
3. Drainage: Connect one end of the distributed PVC hose to the ice plastic machine drainage plastic connector and introduce it into the sewer respectively. The sewer should be lower than the drain pipe mouth.
4. Turn on: plug in the power supply, and turn the power supply under the gas window to the "cooling" position, the machine will enter the fully automatic ice making state.
Ice machine installation requirements
1. The machine should be placed in a place where the air is clear and away from the heat source, and the surrounding environment should not be lower than 10 ℃, not higher than 40 ℃
2. When installing, please use the bottom corner bolts to adjust the front, back, left and right of the machine.
3. The water temperature of the water supply should not be lower than 5 ℃, not higher than 35 ℃, the water pressure should not lower than 138Kpa, not higher than 550Kpa, please don't turn on when there is no water or lack of water.
4. For the water supply of ice-making water, please use the drinking water source, and install a water filter in the water source to prevent the formation of scale, filter out the precipitation, and improve the taste and purity of ice.
5. The power supply is consistent with the machine nameplate. The power socket must have a grounding device. Each ice maker is equipped with an independent fuse and circuit breaker.
Ice machine running program
1. Turn on: After confirming that the water source and power supply are normal, turn on the water source, turn on the power supply, and the ice maker enters the automatic ice making state.
2. Ice collection process: The ice maker will first perform the de-icing process when it is turned on or restarted for the first time. The compressor and fan motor start to operate, and the defrost solenoid valve and water inlet solenoid valve are opened (set time control or temperature control control).
