1, when the machine is running, check:

A. Turn the transmission shaft with a spanner to make the pressure frame reciprocate several times to observe whether there is any jamming.

B. Is the dry insulation of the motor and electrical parts good?

C. Whether the safety switch is normal and reliable.

D. Lubricant must be injected before operation.

E. Check whether the screws and nuts in each part are loose. If they are found, they should be solved in time.

2, when running:

A. Check if the brakes are flexible during the operation.

B. After the power is turned on, press the motor start button first and wait for the flywheel to rotate for a certain period of time to put the machine into operation.

C. When the distance between the base plate and the pressure plate needs to be adjusted, the power should be cut off to ensure safety.

D. It is forbidden to grab paper between the base plate and the pressure plate.
