(3) Be sure to tap the direction of the paper bite before printing, and the mark will be fan-shaped. It can reduce the paper from wrinkling and cracking lightly, and ensure the smooth feeding.
(4) The paper must be loose during printing to prevent double, multiple, and paper skew.
(5) During the printing process, there are wrinkles on both sides of the trailing part. If no abnormalities are found in the paper feeding and bite inspection, it is generally caused by the uneven moisture content of the paper. It can be used normally after being placed in an oven at 50 degrees Celsius for 7-8 hours.

2. Work on printing machines

(1) 28g typing paper should not be overprinted accurately. The main reason is that the paper is prone to different deformation and expansion during printing.
(2) The adjustment of printing pressure should be balanced. The pressure of the rubber cylinder and the impression cylinder should be within 0.15-0.2.
(3) The suction power of the two paper feeding nozzles should be uniform and appropriate, and the rubber band should be replaced if necessary. Separating nozzles should be strong, but the air should not be too big. The blow size should be moderate.
(4) It is particularly important to adjust the height of the paper pressing foot. Make sure that the distance between the stepping foot and the paper separating nozzle is sufficient. Mainly avoid generating double sheets, multiple sheets, crooked sheets and stepping on the paper stack, which can not make the paper output smoothly The timing should be accurate. The lifting time of the paper hammer must be timely, otherwise there will be small holes or tear the paper at the position of contact with the paper, causing unnecessary waste.
(6) During the printing process, the paper keeps wrinkling at a certain position, which is usually caused by improper adjustment of the machine. Mainly caused by the following reasons: uneven bite force on the impression cylinder; unstable paper feeding, buckling when reaching the front gauge; slow lifting of the paper hammer; incorrect time of the side gauge; if wrinkling always occurs in the paper drag On one side of the tip, you can relax the imprint cylinder to the side of the teeth, so that the paper stretches at the moment of imprinting, and the wrinkle will disappear.
(7) The inclination of the cardboard should be suitable. If the distance from the impression cylinder is too high, the paper will wrinkle.
(8) When the machine is used for a long time, it will find that the paper bite often breaks, mainly caused by the extension of the take-up chain, which makes the teeth bite and crack the paper. Just tighten the chain a little bit.
(9) The printing speed should be controlled at 3000-5500 cars per hour.

2. Matters needing attention in 28g offset printing paper

1. In the dry season, 28 grams of paper is prone to static electricity, resulting in uneven paper collection, which increases the labor intensity of the operator. In this case, it is necessary to install a static eliminator with a power of 250 watts. However, the dust on the discharge needle must be cleaned regularly to maintain its effectiveness.

2. The paper stack should not be installed too high during printing, which makes the paper stack uneven, which is not conducive to the paper conveyed by the suction nozzle and will cause transportation failure.

3. The water of the plate fountain solution should be controlled to the minimum range during printing. It is better not to paste the plate. If the water is too large, it will cause the paper to curl after printing, causing difficulty in collecting paper and affecting production in the next process.
