(1) Select the motor type and select the correspondence between the direction of movement of the machine and the force applied to the sensor ( must be operated by a professional ) .

(2) Calibration speed.

Calibration method: The speed calibration sequence is from the principle of large to small, select the appropriate speed, adjust the parameters, so that the motor speed is within the operating error range . If the DC motor is 100mm/min or less, it must be calibrated point by point, and 100 or more can be calculated based on 500mm/min . If the stepper or servo motor is calibrated with a single speed, the calibration can be completed.

(3) Calibration load

Calibration steps:

A) Enter the sensor configuration to match the configuration information with the actual value

B) Adjust the hardware zero to display 0 .

C) Enter the gain 1 adjustment, the load is loaded to the full scale (80% to 100%) × 100 %, so that the displayed value is consistent with the actual value Note: Gain 1 is the base gain, other gains are trim gains and are based on gain 1 .

D) Enter Gain 2 adjustment, the load is loaded to the full scale (80% to 100%) × 50 %, so that the displayed value is consistent with the actual value

E) Enter the gain 3 adjustment, the load is loaded to the full scale (80% to 100%) × 20 %, so that the displayed value is consistent with the actual value

F) Enter the gain 4 adjustment, the load is loaded to the full scale (80% to 100%) × 10 %, so that the displayed value is consistent with the actual value
