Coca-Cola intends to implement PET recycling in North America

With the deepening of people’s awareness of environmental protection, the recycling of waste products is receiving more and more attention, and Coca-Cola Company recently announced that it is worth paying attention to and learning from the measures for full recycling of beverage packaging.

It is reported that Coca-Cola announced a long-term plan to recycle or reuse 100% PET jars and aluminum cans in North America. By 2008, the amount of materials recovered or reused is expected to exceed 50,000 tons. As a result, waste gas packaging materials that were previously deemed to be useless will become a valuable resource that can achieve both environmental protection and cost savings.
