A cold extrusion forming method for a threaded inner ring of a steel drum closure of a packaging container, characterized in that a spiral semi-finished product of an internal thread to be processed is first clamped on a machine table by a jig, and then the required thread size is formed. The matched extrusion tap extends into the coil to perform rotary extrusion, so that the material of the thread bottom flows along the bottom diameter of the extrusion tap, and the internal thread having the thread size conforming to the requirement is obtained.

The cold extrusion forming method of the inner thread is characterized in that the spiral semi-finished product of the internal thread to be processed is first clamped on the machine table by the clamp, and then the extrusion tap matching the size of the thread to be formed is inserted into the coil. The rotary extrusion allows the material of the thread bottom to flow along the bottom diameter of the extrusion tap to obtain an internal thread having a thread size that meets the requirements.
