Cool Cap's "Swirling" Sport Cover

This new "swirling-open" sports cap requires only one-third rotation to open, and the lid has three drinking ports for smoother drinking. The lid has 28mm and 38mm bottleneck sizes. According to Idee + Form, the cap was put into production in June and the marketing was very successful.

At the same time, Germany's BMF Gesellschaft also introduced a "Cool Cap" carbonated beverage sports cap. This cap is the result of a joint R&D between the company and Menshen.

Cool Cap can be used for both carbonated beverages (5 g CO2/litre) and non-carbonated beverages. It can be capped on PET bottles (28mm bottleneck), stand-up pouches and paper boxes. The lid can be opened or closed with only one hand, and precisely controlled lidside pressure release is beneficial to consumer protection. Cool Cap can be used in a variety of filling lines, including aseptic cold filling.

According to market research reports, consumers responded very well to Cool Cap, because the design is very novel and it is also very convenient to drink.
