Cutting machine instructions

1. After the cutting machine is installed, turn on the power to check whether the rotation of each part of the whole machine is flexible and whether the fasteners are loose.

2. Turn on the power and press the main unit button to check if the blade is in the same direction as the arrow. If reverse, adjust immediately. After the inspection, the rock sample can be clamped for cutting. When the rock sample is clamped, a reliable clamping point should be selected to prevent the virtual clamp and the false clamp phenomenon. In order to avoid damage to the tool and rock sample due to rock turbulence during the cutting process.

3. When clamping irregular rock, it can be clamped by top pressure method. The clamping method is shown in Book 1. Clamping step: first place the rock sample 8 on the workbench, then insert the top pressure moving clamp 10 along the T-shaped groove 3, select the distance between the clamp and the rock sample, lock the clamp base screw, and move the top rod up and down. Bolt 13 to select a reliable nip point, then lock the ejector moving nut 11 and then rotate the ejector pin until the ejector pin pushes the rock sample while tightening the ejector nut 12 to prevent the ejector during the cutting process Loose in the middle.

4. When cutting the core sample, if there are a large number of rocks, you can press several long rock plates with random attached plates to cut them together to improve work efficiency. The clamping method is shown in Figure 2. The steps are as follows: 8 is placed on the table 6, and the platen bolt is inserted along the T-slot 3. One end of the long platen 9 is inserted into the square hole of the vertical surface of the table, and the adjusting screw 7 and the nut 10 of the platen bolt are rotated. The rock sample is compacted. If there is a slight error in the diameter of the core sample, a thin strip of wood can be placed on the rock sample to enable the long plate to be pressed to the rock sample. This method is also applied when clamping a cuboid and a square rock sample.

5. When working, first start the main motor, then press the work input button. When starting the cutting, because the rock is more irregular, the feeding speed is slower. After the blade blade enters the rock sample, it can be slightly faster. .

6. The cutting machine automatically advances and retracts the knife. When the cutter moves along the worktable to the terminal, it can automatically retreat to the starting end and automatically stop moving. If you need to go back during work, press the console rewind button. In the fast retreat, you need to advance. You can also enter the knife by pressing the work button. Regardless of the feed or retraction, press the stop button cutter to stop moving. When working, if the cutter is found to be far away from the rock sample, press the fast forward button (press and hold) or jog fast forward. When the blade is close to the rock sample, release the button. Then press the work button again for normal cutting. This can shorten the feed assist time. The machine feed drive is shown in Figure 3.

7. When cutting the test piece, the feed rate can be adjusted according to the hardness of the rock before work. The feed rate may be adjusted during the cutting process. When cutting hard stones according to the experience, the speed is generally 40 mm/ Minutes.
