And some of the experiences of the decade?


[Yang Zhanjiang] is stable and fast, because our industry is a traditional industry, unlike the IT industry or other highly technical industries, our industry is destined to be stable. What have we done in this decade, because in the past ten years we are a group of young people, and there are not too high ideals and ambitions, running with smaller goals and dreams, being able to eat and wear warmer and more comfortable. Life, and even our original goal is to hope that our group of people can have their own car and have their own house in the place where they work. This is our initial goal. So, in the past ten years, it should be said that we have completed the target in advance. Our ten years as a traditional ceramic circulation industry, now operating in the region mainly in North China, we are in a region like two municipalities, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, and Liaoning have about ten brands, and then there are about a thousand employees.


[Reporter] So the success of a company, everyone will think that it has a model, a model worth learning, what do you think is our own success model? The industry wants to learn.


[Yang Zhanjiang] The successful model can't be said, we should say that there is something to be said. Like us, we are acting on behalf of a dozen brands, and then in so many regions, it should be said that in our industry, no one or no agency can be completed in ten years.


We should initially say that there is no special operating model. Like most corporate agencies, we have our own business model, which should be said to start in 2006. From the establishment of 2002 to the beginning of 2006, there has basically been a little bit of scale. From the accumulation of funds, from the team building, including the cultivation of talents, there is a little foundation. In 2006, we made a bold thing in the industry. It was the acquisition of a local ceramics agency in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. The best in the local area, it is also claimed to be the largest in the local area and the most profitable. The first brand of the company. After the acquisition, we spent less than half a year on all of them, and realized profitability after half a year. The reorganization of the team, including the team, was all completed. Then, after 2006, we will expand the areas like the one I just mentioned, basically using the merger and acquisition model, so that we can quickly get the first-line brand agent and the rapid growth of the staff team when we enter the new market.


Because we are basically a local distributor of all the original companies including brands including products, we are all acquisitions. We will not dismiss the original employees. So in the past few years, the development has been relatively fast. Since 2006, we have used such a model for Taiyuan, Shijiazhuang, Hohhot and Shenyang.


[Reporter] From the beginning of 2006, we have found a new path of development or development.


[Yang Zhanjiang] It should be said that the road to rapid development.


[Reporter] is also a strategic turning point. So, it is up to 2011 to look at it now, because in the past two years, everyone has felt that the market has been affected by some external influences, that is, the regulation of the property market and inflation, which have a great impact on our industry. But there have been a lot of new things this year. For example, e-commerce will be a new subversion or change to the original traditional channels. Based on these market environments, the external ones seem to be internal. What do you think of the market in 2011?


[Yang Zhanjiang] We are watching this way. First of all, we are still very optimistic about 2011. Although subject to some regulation, then our home or our building materials renovation should be after the real estate. At least half a year or even longer, especially for our first half of the year. At the same time, the second half of the year will be able to pick up the 10 million sets of affordable housing sold by the government this year. This is an unprecedented opportunity. So we are not worried about the whole market. Because we have already passed three months, our first quarter growth has exceeded 40%, which is still very optimistic.


So the emergence of a new format or the Internet, we have always admired new business models or emerging things. Because every industry will undergo some changes, it is possible that our industry has encountered such problems, and other industries may encounter other problems at the same time. For us, for example, in the past, for example, five years ago, the supermarket was a very strong creature in our industry. In fact, nowadays, the supermarket is now a very small share, even a supplement that we have in many channels. . If you say the Internet or e-commerce, you say that we have always advocated, because in this industry we are also the first thing to do. Last year we should say that our performance is very good. If this year is a big fan of e-commerce, it should be said that we already have a very good foundation, and we are even less worried. Because this industry is constantly changing its channel, there may be channels that have not been implemented for three or five years. Then, after three or five years, new channels will be created. First of all, we must be able to see what we are, or some The trend you have to follow. Overall, whether it is a change in the channel or a policy adjustment in 2011, including the entire international and domestic macro environment, we are very optimistic about the Chinese market, and even the markets we are in.
