Flexible polyethylene film extrusion equipment

The heart of the machine is a new bubble cooling system inside and outside. There is an air transport rod in the middle of the bubble, which functions like a compensating valve to ensure maximum cooling gas supply, regardless of operating conditions. Bubble fluttering or vibration has become a thing of the past, and it can be eliminated even without supporting the outer layer in the neck of the long bubble. Inside the machine there are multiple double-lip inserts for cooling the outer air ring. Because of its special shape, it provides a parallel circulation of outer air to the neck of the bubble to maintain bubble stability. The adjustment of temperature can control the guarantee of air circulation.
