Lebanon tannery in Maan Industrial City set up factories

July 29, the Lebanese well-known leather processing plant Albert Leather and Ma An Development Company signed an agreement to invest 4.2 million U.S. dollars in the establishment of a tannery in Ma'an. This is the first time that Albert has set up a factory abroad. 80% of the plant products exported, 20% supply Jordan market. The plant, expected to be commissioned by the end of this year, will provide 100 jobs. Albert also intends to set up furniture, clothing and shoe factories in the industrial city of Ma'an. Currently, the Ma'an Industrial City built by the Chinese government, including residential areas, industrial parks, greening areas and training centers, is gradually becoming an industrial and skill training center in the area of ​​Ma'an, which has benefited the local economic development.
