In order to ensure accurate paper transfer and delivery, and to protect the surface of printed sheets at a speed of up to 16,000 sheets per hour, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries has developed an innovative pneumatic management technology that analyzes the impact of air on paper. This technology controls the paper by adjusting the air flow, and fundamentally avoids scratches caused by mechanical contact. At the same time, the application of air control together with the side-to-side paper colliders further improves the overall stacking of printed sheets at the stack.

Paper collection device air chamber. If the paper transfer at the delivery device is unstable, even if the printing quality is good, it is futile. Mitsubishi Diamond 3000 uses the air chamber of the paper collection device to eliminate the scratching and scratching of the printed sheet caused by the paper swing. The air chamber adopts the advanced pneumatic management technology of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and the paper is continuously controlled by the air to realize the smooth and scratch-free transmission.

Vacuum deceleration take-up wheel. The vacuum deceleration take-up wheel is superior to the ordinary clutch-type wheel, and can effectively and evenly control the paper delivery speed. The paper size preset system automatically determines the proper wheel positioning and vacuum width, ensuring stable delivery regardless of the paper size.

Retractable side flush paper bumper. Separate side-to-side paper colliders positioned according to the paper size have the best paper collision performance, ensuring that papers of all sizes can be accurately arranged and stacked neatly in the take-up device. According to the setting of the paper size preset system, the positioning of the side paper bumper can be realized automatically.

Automatically lowers the cardboard inserter. In order for the operator to have enough time to transfer the paper stack when the printing press is running at high speed, the paper stacker has an automatic paper stack lowering function. This automatic lowering function can safely lower the accumulated paper without shutting down.
