Normal > 　　 Gopert launched Ovation in 2003. So far, there are 15 devices in operation around the world. In North America, Australia, Africa, and Europe, carton manufacturers trust and rely on this directly driven device that can enhance a company's competitiveness.

Normal > The device has a drum with a circumference of 1676mm and a working width of 1600mm to 2800mm. The printing unit can obtain high-quality fine print or full print, or a combination of both. Direct drive of each axis, CNC control calibration, setting and print length compensation improve print quality. Ovation comes with a leading edge paper feed and a Gofert vacuum adsorption belt conveyor system. In order to reach a production speed of 10,000 sheets/hour, the machine is equipped with various series of drying systems - thermal drying systems, pressure air, infrared or ultraviolet systems.

Normal > The operator prefers a fast plate lock and adjustment system. By arranging a 360-degree support system for the plate , it can be fixed in seconds without using tape or rubber belts. In addition, angular adjustment rods can correct deviations during plate production or imposition.

Normal > A wide variety of ink monitoring systems continuously check and correct ink viscosity, temperature and pH - the same color difference in the product has become history. Even with very strict requirements, achieving consistent print quality is not difficult at present. To reduce downtime, the machine also offers an optional cleaning system.

Normal > The new anilox quick change system is very flexible: In 4 minutes, the printing unit's anilox roll can be replaced. Split-type design, with a vacuum-free lock system, eliminates the need for tools and allows the operator to complete the roll change by simply pressing the button.

Normal > Each printing unit can be equipped with a built-in anilox roller storage system, each unit can install up to 4 rollers.

It can provide repeat printing length of 1600mm, and width of 3600mm or 4500mm, or repeat printing length of 2000mm and width of 4800mm, 5000mm or 5500mm. FPS combines these features and is designed to reduce waste and shorten setup time. This is very important for the current trend of short-term orders.

Normal > Gopfert Front Feeder handles various weights and qualities of cardboard, with brakes and separators. Cardboard can be delivered to the machine with or without a pallet.
