The paper separation nozzle is about 8mm away from the paper surface. The nozzle rubber The ring should be replaced with a thin ring with a small diameter. Adjust the length of the presser foot lever to increase the distance between the paper stacking surface and the paper separation nozzle to avoid double sheets. The pressure roller should be parallel to the middle of the belt and keep the pressure consistent. Reduce the pressure on the side gauge to avoid the thin paper feeding.
3. In the imprinting part, when printing thin paper, remove the normal pad paper of the plate cylinder and replace it with the pad paper of the same thickness as the printed thin paper. At the same time, the rubber roller pad is filled with the same thin paper. At this time, the plate and the inking roller are The pressure between them becomes smaller, which appropriately reduces the amount of ink transfer. Slightly increased the pressure between the printing plate and the rubber, rubber and the impression cylinder, which is conducive to the transfer of graphics.
4. Tighten the teeth and collect the paper. When the paper enters the imprint, the teeth on the delivery tooth row, roller, and delivery chain row should be tightened to increase the bite force to avoid the thin paper being pasted on the blanket due to its thinness, softness, low density, and low paper tension. Properly reduce the amount of paper blowing, avoid paper floating, and ensure that the paper is collected.
