On December 27th, our company successfully passed the on-site audit of the quality, environmental and occupational health and safety (Q&E&OHS) integrated management system certification of Fangyuan Logo Certification Group. This is the fifth recertification (recertification) of our company since it was first certified in 2003.
From December 25th to 27th, after three days of intense evidence collection and comprehensive review, the audit team did not submit a non-conformity, and gave the conclusion of “passing on-site audit and recommending certification registrationâ€.

The audit team fully affirmed the effectiveness of the company's management system operation. The six auditors agreed that as the first company in the domestic pulp and paper industry to establish an integrated management system for Q&E&OHS, Asia Pacific Senbo fully recognizes quality, environmental protection and safety. The importance of the survival and future development of the enterprise, the operation effect of the management system is currently the best in the industry, and the performance indicators of quality, environmental protection and occupational health and safety are all better year by year. In particular, through the implementation and implementation of lean management, all departments of Asia-Pacific Sinbo have participated in the improvement activities, and have received significant benefits and effects in quality, environment, safety, cost and other aspects; established CI project/recommendation system, 5S/TPM management system, ISO document approval and release system, customer complaint handling system, etc., not only improve efficiency, but also facilitate traceability.
The audit team also pointed out some problems in the company's management system and provided corresponding improvement suggestions. The company will systematically identify risks in quality, environmental and occupational health and safety, and evaluate and control them to help us effectively sense and respond to external changes, improve internal processes and standards, and continuously meet regulations, stakeholders and customers. It is required to lay a good foundation to provide a strong guarantee for the company's sustainable development. We will also sort out and improve the opportunity of the 2019 Total Quality Management (TQM) Year to ensure the effectiveness of the management system.
