Causes and solutions to the problem: clogging of the nozzle is almost always caused by the precipitation of impurities, and partly because the acidity of the ink is too strong, which causes the corrosion of the nozzle. If it is because the printer has not been used for a long time or the non-original ink is added, the ink delivery system is obstructed or the print head is blocked, then it is best to clean the print head. If washing with water does not solve the problem, the nozzle can only be removed, soaked in pure water at about 50-60 ° C, cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner, and dried after use.
