Guodian Zhishen DCS system project passed 168 hours trial operation

At the end of 2011, four supercritical and ultra-supercritical thermal power unit projects that adopted the decentralized control system (DCS system) of Guodian Zhishen Company of the Chinese Academy of Electrical Engineering successfully passed the 168-hour full-load trial operation and were officially put into commercial operation. During the trial operation, the DCS system operated stably, the main technical indicators reached the domestic advanced level, and the system stability was unanimously affirmed and recognized by the relevant units.

At 16:18 on December 30, Guodian Nanning Power Generation Co., Ltd. Phase I project 2 × 660MW supercritical unit 1 successfully passed the 168-hour full-load trial operation and was officially put into commercial operation. This unit is a domestically produced supercritical "W" flame coal-fired unit. It is one of the main power plants of the national power grid from west to east. It takes 14 days and 23 hours from the first turn of the steam turbine to the completion of 168 full-load trial operation. During the trial operation, the DCS system operated stably. All the parameters of the unit reached the advanced level of similar units in the country. The average load rate reached 98.61%. The automatic control rate of thermal control, the input rate of protection devices, the input rate of main instruments, and the qualified rate of soda quality all reached 100 %. Steam turbine generator shaft, tile vibration and vacuum tightness, generator hydrogen leakage and other indicators have reached excellent standards. Electric dust removal, desulfurization, denitration and other facilities are synchronously commissioned with the unit, and pollutant emissions meet the environmental protection requirements.

At 12:56 on December 31st, the first cooling tower, chimney, desulfurization island "three towers in one" project in China, Guodian Baoji No. 2 Power Plant No. 6 660MW supercritical unit successfully completed 168 hours of trial operation. The DCS system in China operates stably, and the automatic input rate, protection input rate, and main instrument input rate all reach 100%. The unit control system realizes the main and auxiliary integrated control, and the automation level of the control system and the DCS integration level of the whole plant have reached the domestic advanced level.

At 5:28 on December 31, Shenhua Guohua Power Company's Chenjiagang Power Plant Phase 1 2 × 660MW Ultra Supercritical Unit 2 was officially put into commercial operation. At 18:12 on December 31, Guohua Xuzhou Power Plant 2 × 1000MW Ultra Supercritical Unit 2 was officially put into commercial operation. Both projects achieved double investment goals in 2011. The DCS system successfully achieved a breakthrough in application performance on 600MW and 1000MW ultra-supercritical units outside the Guodian Group system.

Over the past year, Guodian Zhishen Company of Chinese Academy of Electric Power insisted on promoting the technology and products of independent intellectual property rights, and constantly explored the domestic high-end automation control system market for large units. These achievements strongly prove that Guodian Zhishen is in the field of automation control systems for large power plant equipment The technology level has reached the domestic leading level, and has been recognized by other large domestic power generation groups.
