a. The silver paste itself is a malleable, flexible sheet with a coating on the outside. Too high acid value (preferably less than 15) and too long continuous processing and high-speed stirring will destroy the surface coating and The integrity of its own, which causes the paint to turn black, the hiding power is reduced, and the paint film has coarse particles and other undesirable phenomena. b. Difficult to disperse: Mainly caused by improper use of solvents and resins. New resins and solvents can be prepared in moderation. If the product is too fine to be dispersed, the soaking time can be extended appropriately and stirred evenly.
c. If the product turns black during use, the yellowing phenomenon may be caused by poor sealing, which may cause the product to oxidize and become black. If yellowing occurs, it is mainly caused by the baking temperature being too high. It should be baked at a suitable temperature (preferably not exceeding 500 degrees)
d. The silver paste may have poor leveling in the use of building materials. If there is any adverse reaction in this regard, please re-adjust the solvent, and it should be adjusted according to the performance of the resin, because this may be a solvent, caused by improper use of the resin .
e. The particles appear on the surface of the sprayed object, which may be due to the blackening of the oxidation.
