Corrugated box material

In the past, our company's electric commercial corrugated boxes used AB楞 carton, and its five-layer structure has good pressure resistance, which can protect the contents well. However, when the size is small, there is a problem that it is difficult to seal and easy to bulge. In addition, since cosmetic packaging is mostly non-fragile plastic products, the anti-collision requirements for corrugated cardboard boxes are not very high, so the use of AB楞 carton may have the problem of excessive packaging .

In order to comply with the development of the e-commerce era, after comprehensive evaluation of load-bearing, transportation and other requirements, our company has improved the electric commercial corrugated box, and changed all the small-size AB楞 boxes into B-carton. The cardboard structure is 250g/ M2 gray bottom white paper +180g/m2 high strength core paper +170g/m2 cattle cardboard. Although this changed the material of the corrugated box, it did not affect the quality of the package, and ensured the stability of transportation while avoiding excessive packaging.

Corrugated box sealing method

In the way of sealing, our company usually uses I-shaped sealing. In addition to the time and effort required to unpack and affect the user experience, this method also requires a large amount of transparent tape, which not only increases the cost, but also causes environmental pollution after being discarded. More importantly, it seriously affects the overall appearance of the product and reduces the aesthetic sense. To this end, our company has locked a torn carton through market research. This carton has the following three advantages.

(1) Double-sided adhesive bonding. Compared with the traditional tape sealing method, this method avoids the use of the transparent tape and ensures the aesthetic appearance of the corrugated box. At the same time, it can save 15%~70% of sealing time during production, which greatly improves the working efficiency. The folding box workers can carry out two processes of folding and sealing at the same time, saving at least half of the labor cost. It is worth mentioning that the double-sided tape is a special double-sided tape (a patented torn), which has low dosage, high viscosity, non-toxicity, easy decomposition, and is not easy to crack after sealing, and will not guarantee the strength of the package. polluted environment. (2) The middle part adopts a unique zipper design, which does not require any tools, and can be unpacked instantly with a single tear. At the same time, the use of serrated and rounded corners on the edges prevents users and packers from injuring their fingers during operation.
