Based on the above problems, the testing process of complex embedded systems or large systems needs to be managed uniformly to ensure the effectiveness of the testing process. First, we need to establish a test management process that meets the actual needs of the enterprise, and then build a test management platform based on the defined test management process. Hengrun Technology uses IBM's Rational DOORS, Rational Quality Manager (hereinafter referred to as RQM) and Adapter integrated with automated test equipment to build a test management platform to achieve demand-driven test management.
The requirements of DOORS management products in the test management platform, including itemized storage of requirements, version management, auditing, security, and requirements change management; verification of requirements is implemented by test cases in RQM, and data is implemented in DOORS and RQM Share, providing a link between requirements and test cases.
The platform implements the management of test plans, test cases, test results and test defects in RQM, and can easily and quickly report the defects found in the test process to the relevant members of the team, and increase the closeness of teamwork. The demand team or the development team can see the newly created defects, take appropriate measures according to the actual situation (such as repairing defects or changing requirements), and then notify the test team to retest.
The platform integrates RQM with test equipment (such as NI, dSpace) through a suitable Adapter, realizes testing and feedback test report by calling test equipment through RQM, and realizes high automation of test management tools and test execution tools, reducing the automation. The workload of manual testing greatly improves the efficiency of test management.

• A research and development unit test management platform
The customer has built a complete demand management system based on DOORS, and built the HIL platform using the HiGale platform developed by Hengrun Technology. In order to realize the integration of requirements with HIL test equipment, we built a closed-loop test management platform based on DOORS, RQM, HiGale and RQM and HiGale Adapter, which realized the effective management of the entire test process and the connection with the requirements, and the test management platform. Integration with the HIL system increases the automation and testing efficiency of test execution.
• A diesel engine control R & D unit test management platform
Through DOORS, RQM and Adapter to build a test platform for customers, realize the demand-driven test management process, establish requirements in DOORS, establish test cases in RQM and relate to the requirements in DOORS, realize the automatic execution of test cases through Adapter, and The results are fed back to RQM and the test results are viewed in RQM.
• A transmission R & D unit configuration change and test management platform
The platform uses RTC, RQM and Adapter to build a R&D and test management platform for customers. The R&D team manages the R&D process through RTC. The test team conducts test management in RQM, and downloads test cases to dSpace through Adapter. When the defect is discovered, the test team can create defect feedback to the development team in RQM. The development team can easily view the defect information and repair it in the RTC.
