High and low temperature test chamber body structure:
The structure of the high and low temperature test chamber is generally assembled on the site by thermal insulation board (double-sided color steel plate with insulation material in the middle), and the room size is designed according to customer requirements. The whole room has beautiful appearance, firm structure, convenient installation and short construction period. On the wall of the room, an observation window can be set as needed to facilitate indoor product testing. There are also sockets of different voltages on the wall to meet the needs of the product aging test.
High and low temperature test chamber air duct system:
Usually, the heating fan and air duct system are installed on the top of the aging room, which does not occupy other space. The general air duct system is composed of a circulating air system and a superheat exhaust system. The indoor circulating air is heated by the heater and sent back to the room by the air blower through the heat insulating duct. Repeat the cycle to maintain the room temperature within the set range. When the room temperature exceeds the alarm set value, the exhaust fan starts, pumping away the indoor superheated gas, and the outdoor cold air enters the room and mixes with the hot air to make the room temperature return to normal.
