In August 2001, the automatic honeycomb paperboard production line imported from Dutch Hollyland settled in the Qingdao Huangdao Development Zone, and Qingdao Qilipai Honeycomb Material Co., Ltd. was established in Qingdao, which has an annual output of 10 million square meters of honeycomb paperboard. Ability, and at the same time began to provide Haier Group with home appliances supporting honeycomb cardboard packaging materials. In the earlier period, it mainly developed the honeycomb paperboard packaging materials for Haier Group's commercial container machines to replace the originally used EPS foam gaskets and wooden board materials. After repeated design, testing, testing, and actual transportation inspection, the Haier Group finally It was confirmed that the two-piece U-shaped honeycomb paperboard all-inclusive scheme was adopted. That is, the two upper and lower honeycomb paperboards could be folded into U-shapes, respectively, and the air-conditioner cabinets could be completely packed inside the honeycomb paperboard to form protective liners and coat the traditional corrugated cardboard boxes. This program has been tested by the Haier Group Quality Monitoring Center. The vibration test and drop test completely meet the packaging requirements of the air conditioning cabinet machine, which can replace the original EPS plus wooden frame packaging program.
In January 2002, the Haier Group began mass production of honeycomb paperboard packaging materials. At the peak of this year, the daily usage amounted to more than 5,000 sets and more than 20,000 square meters of honeycomb paperboard. Up to now, the company has sent Haier to Haier. The Group has provided more than one million square meters of honeycomb paperboard, and the quality of the products has completely met Haier's technical and quality requirements. In April of this year, He Lisheng Group provided a localized automatic honeycomb paperboard production line to Qingdao Helipai, making the production capacity of Qingdao Helipa's honeycomb paperboard more than 15 million square meters.
After nearly half a year of actual use and feedback from users, the air-resistive packaging materials used by Haier Group have completely met various technical requirements for product packaging and have the following advantages:
1. Improved protection. Thanks to the all-inclusive solution and the superior resistance to compression and bending of honeycomb paperboard, every part of the air conditioner is well protected, reducing the rate of breakage and rework.
2. Save storage space and reduce transportation costs. When using honeycomb paperboard packaging, the thickness of the honeycomb paperboard is thinner than the previous packaging liners, and the actual packaging size of the air conditioner is reduced, saving storage and transportation space, and the air conditioning stacking code is increased from the original four to six layers. Effectively reduce the storage and transportation costs.
3. Reduced packaging costs. Due to the large-scale procurement characteristics of Haier and the adoption of large-scale honeycomb paperboard production technology, the cost of honeycomb paperboard can be reduced. Compared with the original packaging scheme, after the honeycomb paperboard packaging scheme was adopted, the packaging cost per air conditioner was reduced by RMB 15-20.
