How to self-test with a thermal label printer

To perform a self-test on the printer, follow these simple steps:

1. Insert 80 mm wide thermal paper into the printer. Make sure the paper is not already loaded. For reference, please check the image below.

2. Press and hold the “Exit” button while turning on the printer. Keep the button pressed for about 2 to 3 seconds, then release it. The printer will automatically print a self-test page.
