Beginning on September 5, the Hebei Provincial Department of Environmental Protection organized two rounds (times) of special enforcement actions for atmospheric environment throughout the province, inspecting more than 30,000 companies, and more than 1/6 of the companies have environmental problems.

On the basis of summarizing the previous two law enforcement inspections, Hebei strongly launched the third round of special actions for law enforcement inspections. (3) Conduct on-site investigations on the pollution discharges of gas-related industrial enterprises with certificates. Enterprises that have not obtained sewage discharge permits and illegal discharges shall be immediately ordered to stop the discharge. Those who refuse to carry out rectification shall be subject to daily punishment according to law.

Unified law enforcement standards and increased penalty standards.
