What is non-stop riding?

Uninterrupted cycling, without any support for long-distance endurance. This way of riding itself is non-competitive, and at the same time this process of riding requires participants to be self-sufficient. This style of uninterrupted cycling has a long history dating back to France and Italy in the late 19th century. Friendship, mutual assistance, and non-competitiveness are important symbols of uninterrupted cycling.

The earliest uninterrupted cycling in China originated in Chengdu, Sichuan. At the same time, there were also many uninterrupted cycling enthusiasts across the country who had challenged endurance riding at various distances. The name of the foreign language that is riding uninterruptedly is Rannonneur, which is French.

The earliest extra-long-distance challenge was the Paris-Brest-Paris (preferably unconvincing) course launched by JeanPierre in 1891. It took 1200 kilometers.

Several elements of uninterrupted cycling:

1, the specified time to complete the specified distance

200 km, 300 km, 400 km, 600 km, 1,000 km, 1200 km are the standard distances for uninterrupted cycling that can be certified by the French Rickshaw Association (ACP). The closing time is also the time required for these distances to challenge the ride.

2. Self-sufficiency on the road, free to arrange accommodation

In the challenge of uninterrupted cycling, all challengers are self-sufficient, even repairing bicycle problems. Challengers can choose to ride on their own or in groups, and internal divisional cooperation is allowed.

Individuals or teams can arrange accommodation on the road. Personal or fleet supply vehicles can only provide supplies for individuals or teams at the check-in point.

3, non-stop riding is not a competition, so no rankings, no prizes, honored with self-challenge

Non-stop riders are self-challengers. After each completion, the challenger can choose to obtain a free certificate or choose a medal or trophy based on his or her needs.

4. Each year among 57 member countries in the world, there are some countries that organize 1200 kilometers of challenged activities in turn. France, as the country of origin of the movement, will organize a global uninterrupted cycling challenger’s event every four years.

The 200, 300, 400, and 600-kilometer challenge rides can be selected by the non-stop ride challenger. Only the challenger who completes each of the 200, 300, 400, 600 challenges in the year is eligible to participate in 1000/1200. The ultimate challenge of kilometers.
