The whole solution of printing failure - poor ink hiding power

Six common faults: too poor ink hiding power

When printing monochrome inks on dark objects, ink hiding power is often insufficient. In this case, it is generally necessary to print another color to achieve the desired degree of coverage. For example, printing a white ink over a dark background, sometimes several times, requires a sufficient amount of ink to obtain a brighter image.

Possible causes Solution:

The print head: the head of the print head has a hole and it is hard to try for another head; the head is flat and soft, resulting in the inability to release enough ink onto the printed item to change a harder, sharper shape Try the print head; move the print head too close to the edge of the print head, or replace with a new soap print head.

Corrosion gravure: Corrosion depth is too shallow Re-create a gravure deeper gravure; the type of screen is misused Try again with another screen to recreate a gravure.

Ink: The ink is too thin to increase the viscosity of the ink; the ink transfer does not completely use related auxiliary equipment to dry the ink, so that the ink on the print head can be properly released.

Printing materials: As the printed objects are too dark, the image is not bright enough to be printed more than once, making the thickness of the ink layer slightly thicker.
