with quotation every month regularly,some are cheaper models,and some are never appeared
in the market  
 
C).Customer's complaints 
 For all complaints come from our customer, we will give a reasonable solution within 48 hours.
It would be easier and quicker for us to handle issue if you can provide us with photos of
products with quality problem.       
 
D).Sample order
 We welcome sample order or trial order before mass order,this can help customer know
more information about our chair quality.Generally, our sample charges 2 times of the normal
price, and we will refund normal chair cost after the order confirmed.
 
E).Personal customize
 We welcome customer provide us own design idea or clear picture,we can discuss about it
and do our best to do same like yours,colorful carton or embroider logo on the chair,also
workable for us.
F).Checking the quality of products 
Welcome to visit our factory showroom to check the quality before loading, you can also
send QC person to checking goods . Or we will check the quality and send photos for your
reference.We will not loading container till you agree to load.
