First, first offset (or gravure) color surface, then the color surface and corrugated paper into a colorful surface corrugated cardboard, and then die-cutting, using this process, need to be equipped with offset or gravure printing machine, veneer machine, die-cutting machine. The equipment investment is large, the process flow is long, and the cost of box making and box making is high.

Second, flexo technology. One is in the form of a web, which first prints a color surface on a multi-color rotary flexographic printing machine, and then combines it with a corrugated paper to form a color surface corrugated cardboard. Some are compounded in corrugated board production lines, and some are cut into single-sheet composites, then die-cut. This process, equipment investment, and poor flexibility are only suitable for mass production.

The other is a corrugated white paperboard with a single sheet of paper. The color-faced corrugated cardboard is printed on a multi-color flexible printer and then die-cut. The adoption of this technology reduces the investment in equipment, shortens the process flow and reduces the cost of box making. This process is worth promoting.

At present, there are three methods for the carton die cutting at home and abroad: flat die cutting, round die cutting, and round die cutting.

Flat die-cutting and die-cutting machines have semi-automatic type, relying on hand-handed paper, low production efficiency; automatic type, automatic paper feeding, automatic removal of waste, high production efficiency; tiger mouth type flat die-cutting machine, low production efficiency The operation is extremely unsafe. Flat die-cutting and die-cutting is characterized by low cost and high precision in die-cutting. The disadvantage is that the former two devices are expensive and the latter is lower in price. Although there are two shortcomings, there is no similar low-cost product. The equipment was replaced, so it is still popularized and applied.

Round press die cutting machine. The aircraft has two models: one is soft die cutting, this model is still available in mainland China, domestic manufacturers are also produced, the Taiwan mold set is polyurethane material, the price is expensive, the user can not afford; domestic adoption Nylon material has a short service life. Due to the unreasonable design, the replacement sleeve is very complicated. The other is die-cutting. This type of machine has already stopped production abroad. China has vigorously promoted its application. Because it has a simple structure, low cost, and high production efficiency, it also has its fatal weaknesses: rapid blade damage, die-cutting The effect is not ideal, and the cost of molding is high and difficult.

The round press molding machine expands fully automatic type; it is only produced in France in foreign countries. The most important feature of this machine is its high production efficiency. It can be equipped with multi-color flexible printing units to form a printing die-cutting machine and complete the color surface corrugated carton printing die-cutting molding. The accuracy is also particularly high, but the equipment price is too high. A tri-color printing die-cutting machine requires more than 600,000 US dollars, and only a few have been introduced in China. Manual type, China's imitation of the United Kingdom and France from the late 1990s, used for proofing, is the current market widely used platform die-cutting machine, the aircraft is characterized by the use of three-circle flat die-cutting mode, with three round flattening The advantages, but the lack of positioning is not accurate, the production efficiency is extremely low.
