[Image Effects - Material] Leopard skin texture

Step 1: Create a black background RGB image, perform Filter-Noise-Add-Noise, set Amount to 550, Distrbution to Gaussian, and check the Monchromatic;

Step 2: Perform Filter-Blur-Motion Blur, set Angle to 45, Distance to 8;

Step 3: Perform Filter-Blur-Motion Blur, set Angle to -45, Distance to 8;

Step 4: Execute the menu Layer-Stylize-wind, set Method to Stagger, Direction to From the left;

Step 5: Execute menu Image-Adjust-Auto Levels;

Step 6: Execute the menu Image-Adjust-Variations; adjust the desired color. Perform Filter-Blur-Gausstion Blur and apply a Gaussian blur of about 1.0-2.0. The final result is shown on the left:

Step 7: If you execute Ctrl+I, Filter-Brush StrokesSumie, you can get left-hand effect
