Malfunction 2. After issuing the print command, the inkjet printer has no response

In fact, no response from the printer is just an illusion. The printer is unresponsive under normal use conditions such as the correct cable connection and the printer is not out of paper, mainly because there are many tasks waiting in the printer's print queue, that is, there are already many tasks waiting in the queue in the printer's cache. Fault 3. The nozzle is blocked

The clogging of the nozzle is generally divided into two situations: soft plugging and hard plugging.

Soft plugging refers to a wire breakage caused by an increase in ink viscosity on the nozzle for some reason. Generally, the original ink can be restored after repeated washing.

A hard plug is a plug caused by chemical solidification or impurities in the nozzle. The troubleshooting of this fault is more difficult. You can remove the spray head first, soak it in Epson special cleaning fluid and clean it by backwashing and pressurizing. After washing, rinse the cleaning liquid on the nozzle with pure water, and then dry it before use. As long as the hard object does not damage the nozzle electrode, the cleaned nozzle can still be used. If the nozzle of an inkjet printer is used normally and does not fail, it will only have a life span of 20 to 40 ink cartridges. If the printing accuracy of the printer is reduced, even if the ink cartridge is replaced to no avail, it means that the printer nozzle needs to be replaced. In addition, if the printing accuracy decreases after replacing the ink cartridge, it may be that non-genuine ink is used.

For newly purchased printers, if the printing line is unclear, the text is skewed, the outer boundary of the text is blurred, and the synchronization accuracy of the ink output control is poor, it means that the ink cartridge may be fake or non-original ink cartridge, and should be replaced immediately.

Breakdown 6. Walking car misaligned

The track of the carriage of the Epson inkjet printer is completed by the precise combination of two alloy copper sleeves and a round steel shaft. Once this fault occurs, the printer power should be turned off immediately, and the unreturned trolley should be pushed back to the parking space by hand. Find a small piece of sponge or felt cloth, soak it in the sewing machine oil, and use tweezers to grip the spindle and wipe it back and forth. It is best to remove the main shaft, wash it and apply oil. If the failure is caused by the second reason, the device generally needs to be replaced.

Fault 7. Print disconnection

After installing the new ink cartridge in the printer, basically only need to clean once or twice, the printing ink line can print normally, generally it will not be disconnected during use.

There are two main reasons for the disconnection. One is that the user did not set the paper feed bracket before printing, which caused paper rolling during the paper feeding process. The friction between the paper and the nozzle caused the wire breakage. Set the paper feed bracket. That's it. Second, when the original ink is almost used up, new ink cartridges are not replaced in time, and the working environment temperature of the printer is high, causing printing disconnection. Generally, new ink cartridges should be used up within three months after installation and replaced immediately. If the replaced ink cartridges are not used frequently, air will enter the cartridge and the airtight performance will be reduced. It is easy to make the viscosity of the ink on the nozzle and the cartridge It becomes larger, which causes the failure of the inkjet printer to be disconnected. In addition, the use of other brands of ink cartridges will also cause disconnection failures. At this time, the original ink cartridge should be replaced and the nozzle should be cleaned.

Problem 8. The ink cartridge after using ink has failed

If the physical and chemical properties of the injected ink are basically similar to the residual ink in the original ink cartridge, it can be used completely. Because the manual refilling of the operator is done under normal pressure in the air, it is impossible to control the ink replenishment of each color in a consistent manner. The added ink molecules will contain more air bubbles. Do not rush to use after replacing such ink cartridges, but should be cleaned. Turn off the printer after 1 to 2 times, stop and use it for 2 to 6 hours. At this time, the ink in the ink cartridge will be automatically exhausted due to the chemical action, and the air bubbles and air will be discharged to the top of the ink cartridge, which will reduce the failure during use.

Another common type of ink replenishment is color errors.
